Please note that the following prices are starting prices and are for reference only. The price may vary depending of the complexity of the model. Please only inquire a VTuber model commission with a character reference sheet. There will be additional charge for character design if you don't have it.

Terms of Service
USAGE POLICY
1. Commissions may only be used for personal use unless discussed otherwise. Do not (re)sell it in anyway.
2. Commercial use of the model on streaming platforms such as YouTube or Twitch is allowed.
3. You are not allowed to rework or modify my commission in any way unless discussed otherwise.
4. Do not use the commission in relation with NFTs, this includes selling, minting, etc.
5. Do not use the commission for AI training, dataset feeding, or any AI-generated derivative works.
6. I reserve the right to take any appropriate legal action in the case of unauthorized use of my work.
7. I reserve the right to reproduce the art online, posting on social media, using the art as a sample for sale and self-promotion unless discussed otherwise.
8. Please properly credit ME whenever you decide to use/post the commission.
9. If the commissioned model is intended for merchandise (e.g. keychains, standee, acrylic stands, apparel, etc.), an additional fee of 3x the base commission price will apply.
10. For agency or corporate commissions, the base price is subject to a higher rate (minimum 2–3x the standard commission fee). This applies to, but is not limited to, VTuber agencies, idol groups, corporate projects, or any organization beyond individual personal use.PAYMENT
1. All payments can be done in Rupiah or Dollar via Mandiri, JAGO, ShopeePay, and PayPal.
2. Payment structure:
- 20% down payment to secure a slot
- 30% payment when the sketching phase begins
- The remaining 50% upon completion of the final work
3. Refunds are not allowed.
4. Please provide visual samples and brief written description.
5. With accepting the ToS, the client confirms that they have full ownership of the character and their design which will be used for VTuber commission.PROCESS
1. Please send me a DM to ask for a slot.
2. I will check your references and let you know if I will accept your commission or not.
3. I do not accept cancellation once the commission is confirmed.
4. Revision is limited to 3 stages: concept sketch, final sketch, and final artwork. Any revisions requested beyond the included stages will incur an additional fee, starting from $5 (IDR 50K). The final fee will be determined based on the scope and complexity of the changes.
5. You can complete the payment once the model is done, and I will give you PNG and PSD file.
6. Commission will takes around 1 to 2 months or more, depends on the complexity.
7. I don't accept rushed or strict deadline.
8. I will give you an update twice-three times a week, please be patient as I work on several models at a time.
I reserve the right to decline a commission I feel not confident enough to complete. Here are some things I can't/won't draw:
